College dinnerware have we gone to far? I'm all for supporting your favorite college team and your alma mater but the idea of looking down everynight and seeing Florida State or Tennessee Volunteers is just to much.

I would recommend this for tailgates and big football and basketball events. The bowls and plates are perfect for snacks and casual events, but just keep it off the dining room table please.

If you are still reading then you may be wondering, do they have my school? Well, most likley no. I found out that only a few Universities have been honored with this tailgating style collegiate dinnerware and they are Florida State, Florida, Michigan State and Tennessee.

Tracy Porter dinnerware continues to inspire. One designer who has really brought fresh ideas to dinnerware over the last 12 months is Tracy Porter and her Papillon pattern which mixes florals and fruits may be one of the most inspiring patterns for spring.

With bright colors and refreshing butterfly shapes this dinnerware easily will work for Spring, Easter and Summer. Those in warmer climates or near the beach will enjoy this pattern year round.

Tracy's break from traditional styles has allowed her to capture a unique style that pushes the limits but also makes dining an event.

Fine details in the patterns and the shape of the dinnerware really complement the experience of using these products. I really like the Tracy Porter Pavillion pattern and think you should check it out

If you are into Easter pastels and fun dinnerware that really comes together then I think you will enjoy it. If however, you are looking for traditional styles or solid colors then Tracy Porter is probably not your style. Enjoy and Happy New Year

Mr. Dinnerware
Your Favorite online Fiesta store is about to change. Online changes are coming for retailers that sell Fiestaware or Fiesta Dinnerware exclusively. Homer Laughlin the owner of the trade marks Fiesta and Fietaware have decided to legally turn over those url's to the company.

So gone will be favorite names such as FiestawareFiesta.com, Fiestafast.com and others that I have shopped at over the years. While I do understand that brand names need to be protected, it seems that HLC may end up losing in the search engine game and here is why.

Currently, many of the top search results for Fiestaware are retailers with fiesta or fiestaware in their name and these sites sell new Fiesta product - however as these names come down other search result move up expect more auction and used product results to come up which could mean less new sales for HLC. Will this happen, it's hard to tell but I was please to find good results when I searched for the brand I wanted. I mean I like Amazon but I also like to support the little guy and now the little guys are being given a large mountain to overcome. I hope they make it.

I recommend that if you are a Fiesta fan you visit your favorite online store and bookmark it or note the new name as domain names are soon to be a changing - thanks to Fiestaware's parent company.
